Sarfaraz Ahmed: Despite facing a string of poor performances in various test series, including one against Australia, a viral news report suggested that former Pakistan Cricket Team captain Sarfaraz Ahmed had settled in England and decided to step down as Pakistan’s captain.
The report further claimed that he had chosen not to represent Pakistan in cricket under the PCB (Pakistan Cricket Board).
However, Sarfaraz Ahmed has categorically refuted these claims, asserting that he has not left Pakistan and remains committed to playing for the Pakistan National Cricket Team. He clarified that he has not made any decisions to distance himself from representing his country in cricket.

This sparked widespread speculation, but Sarfaraz has categorically dismissed these reports. Adding to the clarification, Azam Khan, the manager of Quetta Gladiators, has also refuted the rumors during a media interaction. Azam Khan stated that the news about Sarfaraz going to the UK is untrue.
He explained that Sarfaraz had visited England with his family to meet his son, who is studying there. Azam Khan emphasized that Sarfaraz has no intention of leaving Pakistan and settling in England.
