Harbhajan stated, I believe both Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma should play in the next year’s T20 World Cup. A good balance is possible when you have seasoned players alongside. There’s immense capability within Virat and Rohit, and I think they should participate.

Harbhajan Singh emphasized the need to give more opportunities to young players.
Harbhajan Singh commented on India’s loss in the second T20 match against South Africa, saying, “This is a young team, and I feel we need to give them some time. We are eager for results too quickly. We believe our team is good only when they deliver results, but that’s not the case. I think if we give them time, they will learn significantly over time. We need to change ourselves a bit. Results will take time to come. This team is in a process.”
Further, Harbhajan added, “The outcome of this series won’t make much of a difference. The entire focus should be on the team for the World Cup. Many players are getting a chance to play for India. They are showcasing their talent in this series. Let’s see how the team shapes up. In the last match against South Africa, rain interrupted play, and that didn’t assist the spinners.
India has Kuldeep Yadav and Ravindra Jadeja; spinners don’t get much help in South Africa anyway. Hence, there’s a need to pace the deliveries in such conditions.
