According to SENZ Radio, the CEO of New Zealand Cricket has confirmed that Trent Boult will be part of the New Zealand squad for the 2023 ODI World Cup. Trent Boult himself has also expressed his desire to play in the World Cup.
Currently, IPL is going on and Trent Boult is playing for Rajasthan Royals team. Trent Boult has said that I still want to play cricket for the New Zealand team. If I can play in the New Zealand team, I will play. Trent Boult has decided to give up his New Zealand central contract in August 2022 to spend time with his family.
Trent Bolt told during an interview with ‘ESPNcricinfo’ that he still wants to play cricket for the New Zealand team and Bolt said that if I get a chance, I would like to join the team and play with the team. He also said that he was very lucky that I could play for my team for 13 years.
